The current Kiala network comprises over 5,000 Kiala Points that handle up to 78,000 parcels per day.

Outstanding consumer acceptance and satisfaction

Results of a consumer survey done by La Redoute in Belgium:

  • 97.5% of consumers found the Kiala Point's service excellent or very good
    (top 2 on a scale of 5).
  • 97.0% of consumers found their parcels to be excellent or very securely kept
    (top 2 on a scale of 5).
  • 98.5% of consumers found their parcels to be delivered in perfect condition (no damage).
