Kiala SA and its subsidiaries and affiliates, respect your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how Kiala collects and uses your personal data. It also informs you about the procedure to follow if you want to check what data we have stored about you and how to ask us to change them or even have them removed from our file. IV. How Kiala use the information we obtain?

We process the names, email addresses and phone numbers of other people to whom we are asked to send information, assuming that the person who provided us with this information has obtained it in compliance with the applicable laws. If this assumption is incorrect, please do not ask us to send information to third parties on your behalf.

We can use the information (including your email address) that we collect to pick-up, deliver and track shipments, provide the products and services that you request, process and collect payments, provide customer support, manage your Kiala account, offer products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, perform data analysis, identify, or protect fraud. In order to carry out Kiala services, we will share some personal information with third parties as part of a contractual relationship with them.

We may need to transfer the personal information we collect about you to countries other than the country in which the information was originally collected. These countries may not have the same data protection rules as the countries in which the information was originally collected. If we transfer your information to other countries, we will protect this information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the applicable laws.

V. Information saved automatically onto your hard drive (cookies)

When you visit the Kiala website and enter the members area by entering your login and password details, we may store information on your computer in the form of Cookies (learn more) or similar files. This information allows us to provide you with a better service by informing us, for example, about the language chosen for the site.
